This role involves planning and coordinating PDPA audits and advisory services, implementing PDPA and internal audit frameworks, collaborating with the Digital Trust team on data protection solutions, conducting PDPA and security awareness training, managing incident responses for data breaches, and participating in fieldwork projects.
The ideal candidate should be able to conduct meetings, presentations, and client interactions confidently, prioritize workflow effectively, and be eager to contribute to building a strong team. Good training opportunities are available, leading to roles in audit, consulting, and technical areas.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate PDPA audit and advisory services
Review PDPA policies
Implement PDPA and internal audit frameworks for clients
Collaborate with the Digital Trust team on data protection solutions
Conduct PDPA and security awareness training
Manage incident responses for data breaches
Engage in hands-on project work, including fieldwork
Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to build credibility
Structure and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and budgets
Contribute to team development and growth
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Information/Business Systems, Risk Management, or equivalent with experience in internal or IT audit/security
Good understanding of PDPA and relevant guidelines
Ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in English, spoken and written
