Customer Service Officer / Logistics Admin (West / 5 days / Up to $2400 / MNC)Job Summary: Gross Salary UP $2,500++ or more Basic Salary: Up to $2400 + OT AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days Annual Leave Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:15am-5:30pm)Working Location: Jalan Buroh Well‐known MNC firm with great career progression Responsibilities Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for outgoing shipments and deliveries Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary Prepare export documentation, booking and communicate via email. Ensure all customer's request and enquiries are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
