About The Job

Twilio is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join the Communications Strategic Sales team. We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for communications, a desire to deliver positive customer outcomes, and an interest in being part of a world-class sales organization. The Sales Support Specialist will focus on operational support for an Account Executive, acting as a key connector across various functions within the organization to assist with activities along the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Pricing and Deal workflows
    • Prepare Pricing and Deal Structure, master internal pricing tools
    • Create, amend, and execute Order Forms, engaging with client stakeholders to ensure accuracy
    • Develop quotes through CPQ workflows and convert them into customer-facing documents
  • Oversee and maintain CRM records
    • Handle account data queries, account consolidation, SID movements
    • Update account, opportunity, contact, and lead data
  • Act as an internal liaison
    • Coordinate requests and follow up on billing, legal, security, collections, and support tickets
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes and accurate paperwork
  • Provide customer support
    • Participate in customer calls with Account Executives
    • Explain and present related aspects of the sales process
  • Support team success
    • Create and maintain trackers for cross-functional challenges
    • Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales, customer success, or account management experience
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Understanding of enterprise organizational functions
  • Ability to advocate for customers internally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Knowledge of CPaaS and telecom is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

This role is remote and based in Singapore.
