As a Senior/ Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to customer and Sales Engineer by assisting with sales procedures providing excellence customer experience though professional handling and prompt responses. Reporting to Sales Manager oversee all assisting in making continuous improvements in daily transaction activities and be involved in improvement projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Handling customer’s inquiry and maintain customer relation
- Supporting the Sales Engineer in sales process including involving in tracking sales leads, tender submission, create and complete quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements/budget
- Processing purchase order, delivery, and invoicing cycle for various customers
- Co-ordinating with customers, factories, warehouse to always achieve on time deliveries
- Assisting in making continuous improvements in daily transaction activities and be involved in improvement projects

**Your background**:

- Problem Solving/Team Player
- Degree/ Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic engineering
- Experience on variable speed drive will be an advantage
- Effective spoken and written communication in English
- Good analytical and proactive mindset
