Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing claims, arranging training, handling customer inquiries, generating new business leads, and preparing quotations and invoices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing: Ensure timely and efficient handling of medical, transport, and other types of claims.
  • Training Coordination: Arrange staff training sessions and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Email/Phone Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • New Business Leads: Utilize email marketing and software tools to generate new business opportunities.
  • Tender Documents: Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
  • Sales Meetings: Coordinate sales meetings and training events, including venue bookings.
  • Sales Reports: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in executing recruitment processes, including advertising and interview arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification is required.
  • Background: An educational background in Engineering is an advantage.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software such as ABSS or Xero is beneficial.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required for liaison purposes.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
