We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage daily operations, oversee business growth, and lead a team of non-nursing staff providing services in service points.

About This Role

  • Develop innovative services to enhance service levels and delight customers.
  • Manage frontline staff, ensuring two-way communication between staff and management.
  • Work with department managers to ensure a positive experience for patients throughout their care continuum.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve system and process problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of service points, including front counter services, administrative/operational matters.
  • Partner with Ops & Admin managers to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
  • Oversee business growth through annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads.
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 3 years' work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Healthcare operational experience is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing frontline staff.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
