Job Title: Software Leadership Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced software leader to join our team as a Program Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of embedded software and firmware for hardware products.
Main Responsibilities- Lead engineering teams in the development and implementation of complex software solutions.
- Identify and resolve software and firmware issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software design guidelines and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide domain-specific expertise and leadership to cross-organization projects and activities.
- Cultivate innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
