Software Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished technical professional to take on a leadership role in software development.
- This position involves overseeing the design and implementation of microservices and APIs using Java/Spring Boot.
- The successful candidate will produce high-quality, efficient code based on specifications.
- In collaboration with the technical team, the individual will develop solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
- Key responsibilities include verifying and deploying programs and systems, resolving production issues, and creating technical documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or a related field.
- No less than 6-8 years of experience in Core Java and Spring Boot development.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing microservices with Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PL SQL.
- Familiarity with Kafka.
- Experience working in the financial domain.
- Basic understanding of API design and development principles, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Core Java (preferably 8), Spring Boot, REST Web Services, and React JS.
- Maven knowledge.
- SQL/PL SQL skills.
- Understanding of Java Messaging Concepts.
- Basic Linux shell scripting commands.
