Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our team of engineers to take Ubuntu to new heights. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a distributed team, driving technical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the advancement and adoption of the latest software development practices
  • Design, embrace, and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
  • Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with company values
  • Engage with other teams at Canonical to ensure alignment on product architecture and roadmaps
