Senior Software Developer
About the RoleThis senior software developer will be working closely with the CTO to lead the development team, enhance infrastructure, and drive scalable high-quality solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Infrastructure Enhancements: Improve and expand existing infrastructure to support new initiatives.
- System Integrations: Integrate third-party tools and services into the system.
- Internal Tools Development: Design and develop internal tools to enable teams to achieve new capabilities and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management UX/UI Marketing and other teams to define and implement business-critical features.
- Mentoring: Guide and support junior developers delegate tasks effectively and ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Experience: At least 4 years in web development experience with Node.js PHP Laravel MySQL or JavaScript is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
- AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS is a plus but not required.
This is a hybrid position with 3 fixed days working from the office each week. Many projects can be executed as a single engineer removing the need for communication overhead and too many meetings.
