Job Title: Technical Leadership Position for Software Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to drive the strategic direction of our software development team.
About the Role:
- Define the technical vision, strategy, and directions for the software development team, aligning with the organization's overall goals.
- Partner with stakeholders and agencies to prioritize and manage roadmaps for delivering towards product vision incrementally and efficiently.
- Create a long-term technical plan and roadmap for the assigned team, updating regularly to meet future product/business needs and infrastructure requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of technical strategies that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies, including Java/TypeScript on the backend.
- At least 3+ years of experience leading teams, helping them enhance their performance and grow their careers.
