About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Leader to oversee the development of high-performing teams and drive successful project delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cross-Functional Teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Establish effective SDLC practices, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with hardware, RF, operations, and product teams to integrate software and hardware components effectively.
  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting a culture of learning, quality, and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a people-management role.
  • Familiarity with embedded Linux platforms (especially OpenWrt), mobile development lifecycles (Android), and manufacturing tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering embedded or networked systems as an engineering leader.
  • Strong communicator with ability to distill technical context for stakeholders and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Experience shipping hardware products with integrated firmware/software as a systems thinker.
