Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Singapore operations and act as a key advisor for HR policies and compliance. The role will work closely with our global team, providing guidance on Singapore's employment regulations, HR practices, and people management. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies. Oversee, coach, and monitor the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery. Handle HR administrative matters such as preparing employment agreements, confirmation letters, and certificates; updating HR policies and related documents. Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions. Coordinate and deliver local training sessions and employee development programs. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team — identify and drive process enhancements. Possess a sound understanding of payroll processes (not required to process payroll, but able to understand payroll components and workflows). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and MOM regulations. Hands‐on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders. Independent, resourceful, and able to advise management confidently.
