Job Title: Organizational Excellence Lead

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees, support talent development, and spearhead succession planning initiatives.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, aligning with team priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Strategy/Performance Management, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Skilled at managing large datasets and distilling insights.
  • Proven track record in executing succession planning initiatives and end-to-end performance management processes.
