Physiotherapist Wanted for Community Palliative Care

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide physiotherapy services in a Community Palliative Care setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have strong quality improvement and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting professional assessments and reviews of patients, performing therapy and group activities, providing direct patient care and documentation, supervising therapy aides, and contributing to multidisciplinary meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing chest physiotherapy for patients at risk of respiratory complications
- Delivering physiotherapy input for those with potential to transition to Day Hospice
- Supervising and advising Therapy Assistants on delegated patients
- Conducting home visits as required
