Physiotherapist for Community Palliative Care Setting in Singapore
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a Community Palliative Care setting in Singapore. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in need.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for working with patients who require palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of designated patients
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide chest physiotherapy to patients at risk of respiratory complications
- Supervise and train therapy aides to ensure safe and effective delivery of interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore
- Excellent clinical skills and experience working with patients who require palliative care
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
