This is an Executive Assistant (EA) role that reports to the CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking and is responsible for managing diaries, organising travel itineraries and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The EA should display exemplary trust and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Be a trusted secretary to the CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking and a key conduit in managing the diaries between CFO and members of the WRB Management Team, GCFO Management Team and WRB Finance Team.
Schedule meetings, business reviews and other internal and external engagements for CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking.
Organise travel itineraries (incl. booking flights, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, visa application).
Provide team administrative support for CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking’s office.
Exercise judgement and prioritise meetings with a view to mitigate task schedule conflicts in advance.
Support CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking in other personal matters as and when needed.
Governance
Support CFO, Wealth & Retail Banking to ensure that records are properly updated and approved in the systems.

Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant capacity.
Comfortable to deal with senior management across different countries and cultures.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
Experienced navigator of the organisation.
A self-starter with a 'hands-on' style, able to operate with minimal guidance.
Responsive with meticulous attention and highly detailed oriented.
Able and willing to adapt plans and workload at short notice.
Reliable and diplomatic individual who can maintain confidentiality of information.
Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.
Time management and strong organizational skills.
Education: Degree Preferred.
