Hawksman Technology are working with a leading investment management firm who are building their Process Centre of Excellence to drive operational efficiency and transformation. We are looking for a Head of Process Centre of Excellence to join their Singapore office and lead process governance, improvement, and innovation across the organisation.
Job Description:
The Head of Process Centre of Excellence will set the vision and strategy for process management across the business. This role will oversee governance, continuous improvement, and process re-engineering initiatives, while working closely with senior leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams. You will drive standardisation, implement best practices, and ensure processes are designed for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Define the vision and roadmap for process management in line with the company's strategic goals.
Lead the Process Centre of Excellence team and ensure delivery of process governance, change control, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion the adoption of consistent process management practices across the organisation.
Partner with Process Owners, Technology, Data, Risk, and other teams to improve processes through re-engineering, automation, and digitisation.
Advise Process Owners on best practices for process design and governance.
Chair the Process Forum and oversee process governance and reporting.
Governance & Oversight
Maintain an up-to-date view of the organisation's end-to-end processes and dependencies.
Oversee the creation, update, and storage of process documentation and artefacts.
Provide insight and advice to the Transformation Office on process-related matters.
Requirements:
15+ years strong track record in process improvement and governance, ideally in financial services.
Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience leading governance functions with knowledge of operational risk processes (e.g. RCSA).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
Business knowledge in at least one of the following: Distribution, Investments, Finance, or Risk (including Legal & Compliance).
Proficient in process tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
