You will work closely with the cards team, creative and media agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for card products to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with the cards team to understand product features, benefits, and target audience, ensuring marketing efforts align with product objectives. Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns. Leverage digital banking, cards, and payments knowledge to create effective marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. Present marketing plans, strategies, and performance results to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. At least 5 years of marketing or brand management experience in a financial institution or direct-to-consumer business model environment. Experience working with creative and media agencies.
