Job Objectives
- This is a dynamic role that combines strategic oversight of franchise growth with innovative digital and value-added services. This position is responsible for driving new card acquisition, enrich cards benefits and privileges, and optimizing digital engagement to dial up active customer base.
- The role holder will build and nurture market partnerships; work with regional and country cross-functional teams to enrich DBS Cards benefits and services with strategic merchants and service providers to drive product innovation and tailor our offerings to differentiate and gain competitive advantage.
- Drive strategic regional initiatives to create winning products and service that creates meaningful impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with country teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape; identify new market opportunities and assess new proposition options/ solutions to meet evolving customer needs. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer acquisition, card activation and digital engagement; act as the primary point of contact for acquisition and key initiatives across the region.
- Work closely with product, acquisition and sales teams to align acquisition, activation strategies with broader business objectives; and drive cross functional collaboration with Digital, MarTech, Data Chapter and Credit on data insights to design, experiment, and refine marketing campaigns and strategies to optimize acquisition costs and improve marketing efficiency.
- Managing strategic partnership with international/ regional merchants and third party service providers to enrich Cards services and privileges and strengthen platform capabilities across the region.
- Initiate and lead regional initiatives to create future-proofing value proposition; conceptualize and work with multi-functional teams to streamline the features/ services and end-to-end journey to differentiate DBS Cards proposition and deliver superior customer experiences.
- Coordinate with regional and country internal/external stakeholders as needed to facilitate the delivery of strategic initiatives or innovation projects; and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead regional best practice sharing to transfer insights and learnings across markets and to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, information technology, or engineering
- At least 5+ years in Cards & Payments product management role; with hands on project management or merchant partnership management experience is a plus
- Sensitive to new payment technology development and solutions
- Strategic and self-initiated; strong problem solving and planning skills
- Accountable, resilient and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and PPT presentation skills
