Overview
As the Manager, Corporate Strategy / PMO, you will be a key member of the CEO’s Office, driving strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional projects, and ensuring organizational goals are achieved. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact strategies, and overseeing the execution of mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define, develop, and execute corporate strategies.
Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee enterprise-wide projects, driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments.
Monitor and track the success of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in consulting, or project management, experience with big tech company is a plus.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to manage Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
