This individual will have the opportunity to become our next equity partner. The Role As our Performance Marketing Lead, you will be the driving force behind our online growth. You’ll lead strategy and execution across social media, paid/owned/earned content, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. You will own the full customer acquisition funnel — from building brand awareness to driving sales and nurturing loyal customers. In a small team with the vision for regional, then global growth, you’ll work directly with the founder, bringing both creative ideas and data-driven strategies to the table. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key part in scaling a brand. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute ThunderWear’s digital marketing strategy across country specific e-com, D2C, and socials, to maximize our potential. Read, understand, and proactively drive initiatives that drive performance, growth, and revenue wins. Understand how to pull data from multiple sources in order to drive various initiatives, doing so proactively. Understand various tech stacks and how to apply or rearrange them as it fits in a growing start up. Drive online appearance to make the brand look bigger than it is, to compete with each competitor per market, organically and guerrilla. Proactively manage ad campaigns with urgency for growth and results (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) — from concept to reporting, optimizing for ROAS and CAC. Know what will move the dial in ad success including working closely with the creative team to ideate, create, and manage campaigns end to end. Understand how to increase conversions and maximize revenue on all digital platforms including website, social media, ads, loyalty programs, and other proposed avenues. Drive the loyalty program for maximum conversion, customer engagement, and program usage. Manage email marketing & CRM hand in hand with the creative team, to formulate the right structures that work to connect to the right, high converting audience. Analyze performance data to identify trends, test strategies, and improve results. Collaborate with design, e-commerce, and operations to ensure marketing campaigns and ads align with product launches and inventory. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies. Understand Shopify and how to shape it to enhance its capabilities to maximize conversion. Requirements Must be Singapore based and open to working a hybrid, F2F/WFH work style. Proven experience (5+ years) in performance and digital marketing, preferably DTC & B2C e-commerce brands. Is not only left brain data driven but also has a personality and creative streak to blend in well with our growing team dynamics. Strong grasp of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Understands loyalty programs and their best use case. Experience managing performance for social media accounts with a track record of growth and engagement. Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into action. Familiar with Shopify and basic e-commerce operations is a plus. A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
