The performance marketing senior lead will be responsible for planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across owned, earned and paid media for AIA Singapore. Develop a clear strategy of how our digital marketing initiatives can ladder up to impact our key business goals of brand, PR, product and drive our digital brand footprint for the Singapore market.
**Job Description**:
- Oversee strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid media- Translating our marketing strategy into a digital marketing roadmap comprising of performance marketing and digital customer conversion which you will own- Manage appointed agencies and vendors to lead strategy, execution and own solutioning to help achieve business goals with the aid of martech platforms, including DMP(data management platform) and CDP(customer data platform)- Collaborate with web experience team to coordinate SEM, SEO and retargeting campaigns- Measure, analyse and report performance for various digital marketing channels- Work with our media agency partners to execute campaigns to ensure performance and budget optimisation to deliver against our business goals- Work closely with various department stakeholders as the lead liaison for all performance and digital marketing campaigns- Continually explore and manage ad tech solutions to help achieve business goals
Job Requirements- 8+ years of proven track record of success as a digital leader, with 3+ years of agency experience will be advantageous- Experience working with and have in-depth knowledge of global platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn- Experience in both long-term brand building and short-term acquisition marketing across digital platforms- Proven track record of performance marketing success with deep knowledge of DMP and CDP integrations- Work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment- Excellent presentation skills and communications skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders- Experience in managing and optimising a multi-million dollar budget- Strong team player and collaborative attitude
