Job Title:
BIM Modelling Specialist
Job Summary:
A skilled and detail-oriented BIM modelling specialist is required to create, manage and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models for various construction projects.

• Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM models across disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).

• Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and BIM protocols.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within BIM models.

• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and processes.

• Assist in preparing documentation, drawings and reports related to BIM models.

• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture or a related field.

• Proven experience as a BIM engineer in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.

• Certification in BIM management or relevant software tools.
