Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic use of technology in our Junior School. This key role involves developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance teaching and learning, as well as managing the curriculum and supporting staff with training and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision for educational technology, ensuring alignment with the school's goals and values.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging curricula that integrate technology to promote student learning and achievement.
  • Staff Support: Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to ensure teachers have the skills and confidence to effectively use technology in their practice.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including budgeting and procurement, to support the effective use of technology.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners to promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About You: We are looking for an experienced education leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of educational technology and its potential to enhance teaching and learning.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Education or Educational Technology or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, with a track record of driving innovation and improving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners.
  • A passion for educational technology and its potential to enhance teaching and learning.
