Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineer and manage a streamlined, AI-driven finance system that supports rapidly growing educational enterprises, ensuring efficiency and scalability without unnecessary complexity.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, aligning with our ambitious expansion strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of precision and adaptability within the finance function, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in high-level finance leadership roles (SVP, CFO, etc.) with comprehensive responsibility for all core financial functions.
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and integrated financial statements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, capable of engaging directly with senior leadership.
  • Significant experience in operating and enhancing ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), ideally within complex, multi-entity organizations.
  • Experience with 5+ external audits conducted with a Big 4 firm, either as auditor or client.
