Job ID: Responsibilities Field Service (On-Site Support – approx. 20–30%)Install, configure, and calibrate semiconductor robots at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues; perform repairs or part replacements. Bench Repair (In-House Repair – approx. 70–80%)Perform diagnostics, disassembly, and repair of returned robot units and components. Clean, replace parts, reassemble, and test functionality to meet quality standards. Maintain accurate repair records and provide feedback to engineering teams for product improvement. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections; submit technical service reports. Provide basic technical training and operational guidance to customers. Collaborate with engineering teams in Japan HQ for escalated technical support and analysis. Requirements Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical). Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
