Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site | Singapore)

Are you passionate about solving problems, working hands-on with advanced equipment, and building strong customer relationships?

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer (Software) to join our team in Singapore

As part of our service team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers by ensuring their instruments and equipment run smoothly through installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs .

What You'll Do

  • Deliver installation, training, preventive maintenance, repair, and compliance services for instruments and equipment.
  • Provide timely field service, troubleshooting, and technical support .
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports on customer activities.
  • Build and sustain positive customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • (For software-focused roles) Develop and maintain graphic control systems/ PLC programs/ SQL scripts .

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities .
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Background in AMC/THC-related fields is an added advantage.
