Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Team Leader to join our team. As an Assembly Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of assembly specialists in the production of high-quality assemblies.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve set targets and productivity goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential, as you will need to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring workmanship and quality, ensuring that all assemblies meet the required standards. You will also be involved in training and guiding new employees, as well as participating in the development of continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min. ITE/NITEC/HNTEC Diploma level in Engrg or equivalent with computer literacy (Microsoft office).
  • Three (3) years of project management in Engineering or manufacturing environment or its relevant.
  • Those who with experience working with multi-discipline project teams in manufacturing and assembly environment.
