Senior Regional Engineers in Presales play a pivotal role in supporting regional sales teams to achieve business objectives. They conduct thorough product evaluations, provide training for sales companies, develop innovative ideas, and apply existing solutions to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through market visits, understand their requirements, and propose effective solutions via presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct product assessments, generate new concepts, and explore applications.
  • Support installation processes, educate clients, and ensure smooth operations during customer installations.
  • Maintain liaison with HQ to implement strategic and operational changes, conduct market research, and identify trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Textile Technology or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel for training, troubleshooting, and events support.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in RIP software, Adobe tools, colour management, and spectrophotometry.
