Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
Support desktop applications and operating systems
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues
Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base
Qualifications
1+ years of IT support or servicedesk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge
ITIL foundation certification preferred
