We are looking for IT Servicedesk Engineer:
Location: Toa Payoh

Gross Salary: S$3,000 - $3,200

OT and transport allowance available.

Monday
- Fri 8:30am-6pm
- IT helpdesk first level support with basic IT skills
- Experiences with IT troubleshooting
- Log incident and Service Request tickets and assigned to respective party
- Follow through ticket incidents till case closure
- Able to execute instructions from IT manager.
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Good communication skills and detail in work
- Incident Ticket reporting
- Good Customer Service
- Able to create and maintain images
- Basic onboarding and off boarding of user end point devices
- Basic onsite troubleshooting of server equipment with remote support
- Book keeping of IT Inventory

**Job Requirement**
- Qualification: Min Nitec or higher
- Experience: Relevant experience would be preferred
- Basic knowledge on Server and Network
- Salary: S$3,000 - $3,200
- Able to work well in a team
- Discipline to work alone onsite
- Positive attitude in learning and following instructions
- Punctual
