As the O&M Assistant Engineer (Solar C&I), you will assist to:
Maintain all PV systems installed by the company or under O&M contract
Oversees and manage the appointed subcontractor/vendors for the maintenance work
Ensure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoring
Respond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team, and coordinating with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and rectify the faults
Review the frequency of maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system perform at optimal condition
Process and analyse field data to evaluate performance of solar PV systems and prepare performance reports to respective stakeholders
HSE management for O&M related activities
Work with the PV installation team and support on the PV system testing and commissioning as necessary
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of department from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, renewable field or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experience in Solar PV industry
Planning experience in O&M will be a plus
