Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This role involves managing customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
