What you’ll achieve Work independently to develop accurate, concise, high-quality content that enhances Dell products. Participate in the development lifecycle processes to identify content requirements, formulate milestones, develop content, validate quality, and release deliverables according to the program objectives. Create, approve, and maintain project schedules based on product features, requirements, and timelines. Represent the Content Engineering and Translation (CE&T) team in cross-functional meetings, product requirement deliberations, content strategy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in initiatives to leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and the customer experience.
