**What you’ll achieve**
We are looking for a **Senior Technical Content Developer **to join us in **Singapore **and work with our engineering, technical marketing, and program management teams to accelerate the growth of our products and solutions.

**You will**:

- Contributes to planning and overall design of technical information, including installation, operation and maintenance instructions, and other types of technical content such as video scripts, blog posts, flowcharts, technical advisories, and release notes.
- Works with editors, incorporating editorial feedback to ensure that company style and standards are appropriately expressed in technical content and media.Publishes content to a variety of outputs, including PDF documents, web pages, blog articles, wikis, videos, and online help systems.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives for content development. Leverages a variety of information sources including: bug comments, whiteboard discussions, community forums, knowledge transfer, third-party website and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) content.
- Proposes product design and process improvements, coordinates, and executes content development and user experience plans.Exerts sphere of influence cross-functionally, represents the organization on project teams, and assumes technical project leadership roles while fostering collaboration within and across work groups.

**Essential Requirements**
- 5 years+ experience in technical writing in a high-tech industry, particularly experience with micro services, Edge computing, Kubernetes, NFV, virtualization, Open Stack, VMware, network operations, and Agile scrum
- Knowledge of industry standards such as DITA, XML, and HTML Knowledge of job related content authoring, publishing, and graphic design tools. Possesses strong technical writing skills and familiarity with technical content development, design, and UX strategies and methodologies
- Ability to establish content strategy, content governance, and UX standards within and across work groups and creates content plans that include user stories.Understands best practices for content development, design, and user experience within a given software development environment such as Agile.
- Ability to evaluate technical content against UX benchmarks and user information requirements.Experience in managing content development activities in localization/internationalization projects.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Understands Edge computing, UX workflows, virtualization, networking operations, container solutions, microservices, agile development, and dev ops
