Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our hospitality team as a Guest Experience Coordinator.
This role involves efficiently handling guest inquiries, reservations, and customer service while maximizing revenue opportunities by effectively managing room allocations and occupancy levels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and guest preferences.
  • Efficiently manage room allocations and monitor occupancy levels to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Assist with revenue management efforts by suggesting adjustments to room rates based on demand and seasonality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring productivity and efficiency in booking and handling reservations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in English, including a strong understanding of grammar, composition, and vocabulary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, with prior experience in Opera software preferred.
  • A positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
