Job Opportunity: Guest Services Representative

Are you a people person with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing personalized service to guests? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all VIP arrival rooms are checked and amenities are replenished prior to the guest's arrival.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to all VIP guests.
  • Develop and maintain close business contacts with house guests and provide personalized service whenever possible.
  • Attend to guests' requests and thoroughly investigate guest complaints.
  • Ensure effective communication via daily briefing, weekly update and monthly brainstorming within the department.

Guest Service Expectations:
  • Provide guests with access to hotel services, forward in-room meal requests, and ensure timely delivery of mail, faxes, and packages.
  • Deal with irate guests and find ways to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Serve as concierges, assisting guests with ground transportation, restaurant or entertainment reservations, and providing information about the locale.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen or PR.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
