Senior Digital Executive

We are seeking a forward‐thinking and technically skilled Senior Digital Executive to support the strategy, deployment, and optimisation of advanced digital solutions across our business. This includes the implementation of AI, IoT systems, digital twins, and platforms that drive operational efficiency, data intelligence, and sustainability impact. You will work cross‐functionally with operations, IT, sustainability, facilities, and finance teams to identify digitisation opportunities, roll out scalable technologies, and monitor real‐time performance to support strategic business and environmental goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with business and sustainability objectives Champion digital‐first culture and drive adoption across business functions Identify high‐impact opportunities for digitisation, automation, and performance optimisation IoT Systems Deployment Support deployment of IoT‐based solutions (sensors, edge devices, telemetry, automation systems) across operations, supply chain, and buildings Integrate IoT data streams into centralised platforms for real‐time monitoring, alerts, and control Collaborate with vendors and facilities teams to ensure scalable and secure IoT architecture AI & Generative AI Solutions Identify use cases and implement AI/GenAI tools for functions like predictive maintenance, smart document workflows, chatbot support, and energy optimisation Design and deploy digital twins of physical infrastructure, assets, and systems to simulate operations and predict outcomes Use digital twins for sustainability modelling (e.g., energy use, carbon emissions, process efficiency) and integration with IoT/SCADA/BMS where required Enable scenario planning, virtual commissioning, and proactive asset management Systems Integration & Data Platform Management Support rollout and integration of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, sustainability reporting systems)Ensure interoperability between digital tools, IoT platforms, and AI models via APIs or middleware Design scalable, secure data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and dashboarding Sustainability Technology Enablement Implement digital tools to track, report, and improve performance on energy, water, waste, carbon, and ESG metrics Support real‐time sustainability dashboards and alerts tied to operational systems Project & Change Management Manage end‐to‐end project lifecycle for tech rollouts, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder engagement Lead training, onboarding, and adoption programs across business units Track KPIs, user satisfaction, ROI, and sustainability impact of deployed technologies Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 3–8 years of experience in digital transformation, smart systems deployment, or enterprise tech implementation Proven track record of delivering cross‐functional digital projects with measurable outcomes Hands‐on experience with IoT, AI/GenAI, digital twin platforms, and enterprise software is advantageous.
