DESIGNATION : Executive /Senior Executive - POS Systems Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate “POS Systems Expert” to provide hands-on expertise on end-to-end POS Systems landscape at FairPrice.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Mentoring the team and adhering to new procedures, policies and goals.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure availability and reliability.
- Working effectively with other teams, implementing strategies to increase profitability,productivity and overall user experience.
- Handling escalated issues from users/customers.
- Assist in vendor management, following up with vendors & clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- MUST - Experience with retail Point-Of-Sales solutions and latest retail technologies.
- MUST - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the retail sector.
- MUST - Proficiency in Windows/Linux
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
- High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility and accountability, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, attention to details
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
