Drive transformative change in IT service delivery by centralizing operations and promoting exceptional service quality.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to consolidate IT service delivery processes.
  • Implement proactive monitoring to ensure issues are resolved before impacting business operations.
  • Standardize infrastructure management across networks, servers, and cloud environments.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for service operations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with senior leadership transformation expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, and service governance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading centralization and IT service optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders.
  • ITIL certification required; Lean Six Sigma and COBIT certification advantageous.
