Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Leader to spearhead our cloud and infrastructure service delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and innovation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in system integrator or multi-client environment service management, with strong expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, and security tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cloud and infrastructure service delivery, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee hybrid IT environments, including cloud, on-premise, security, and monitoring platforms.
  • Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and ensure services meet business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and cost optimization across service delivery operations.
  • Mentor and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' IT service delivery experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in system integrator or multi-client environment service management.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, monitoring, and security tools.
  • Skilled in ITIL frameworks, project delivery, cost management, and process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, client engagement, and team development skills in complex environments.
