Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operational Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role
The Strategic Operational Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve reviewing and monitoring reports, developing plans to achieve desired outcomes, and providing leadership and direction to operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor RCA and incident report before sending out to stakeholders.
  • Review and monitor operating results and develop plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to operational teams.
  • Participate in routine planned maintenance and adhoc works (equipment replacement, overhaul etc.).
  • Provide 24x7 customer support through communication channels.
  • Maintain a strong stakeholder relationship by regular communication.
  • Organize training for staff or within service team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at least a degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience. You should also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve desired outcomes.
