We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Strategic Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm's day-to-day operations to align with strategic goals.

Key Objectives:

  • Oversee and optimize the firm's day-to-day operations to align with strategic goals.
  • Lead post-investment operational support for portfolio companies, driving scalability and performance through effective frameworks and tools.
  • Design and implement strategies for operational excellence across the firm and investments, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to assess and improve operational capabilities of target companies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including regional partners, advisors, and board members, to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 15+ years of executive experience, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, commercial growth, and operational execution.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee large-scale operations, with experience translating business strategy into executable plans that drive results.
  • Strong P&L management background, with a results-driven approach to scaling businesses and improving operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with investment, private equity, or high-growth business environments is highly advantageous, providing a unique perspective on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating complex business environments and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
