Job Title: Strategic Operations Leader
Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to oversee the kitchen operations and staff of our outlet, planning menus and liaising with suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of driving productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Develop business strategy and drive operational efficiencies.
- Recruit and hire a team to carry out operations work properly.
- Work with outlet managers to achieve high productivity.
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable.
- Manage multiple outlets, lead teams to ensure efficient operation.
- Aid the management team in setting up new outlets, including location identification, conceptualization, business feasibility studies, procurement, hiring, and operational system setup.
- Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments.
- Approve payroll for outlet before sending to HR department.
- Manage food cost & manpower cost.
- Conduct pre-operational and regular checks of the kitchen.
- Check inventory and order stock when necessary.
- Maintain a sanitary environment at the kitchen area.
- Ensure food served is consistent and of high quality.
- Develop, monitor, and schedule OJT's for newly hired team members.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience as an Area Manager position.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Strong in Digital Marketing.
- Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Menu Creation – plan menu and develop new dishes to ensure variation & quality of food.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
- Masters in Hospitality Management and above in food service management or related field.
