    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize resource allocation.
    • Manage resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
    • Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements to drive growth.
  • People & Team Management
    • Supervise and support staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.

  • Business Development Support
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
