About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day activities, driving efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, knowledge of the bicycle industry, and experience in process improvement and optimization.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflows, meeting sales targets, and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve overall performance and drive business growth.
- Manage budgets, controlling costs and allocating resources effectively.
- Contribute to long-term business planning, setting operational goals, and developing strategic plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and other departments.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- At least 8 years of experience in the bicycle industry.
