Business Excellence

As a Business Excellence professional in Mumbai/Thane reporting to the CEO, your primary responsibility will be project management. You will act as the Single Point of Contact for operational matters under the CEO's purview, preferably coming from a Food and Agricultural background with management experience.Your key tasks will revolve around project management, where you will lead the project management division. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables while ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Engineering & Design, Contract Manufacturers, Vendors, Sourcing, Installation, Sales, Customers, and Finance is essential to align project objectives and deliverables. Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to keep projects on track will be a crucial part of your role.Additionally, you will facilitate product development activities, vendor development efforts, business development, and go-to-market strategy. Assisting in the formulation and execution of GTM plans, monitoring progress, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating logistics for various activities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to business planning and execution, translating strategies into actionable plans, and supporting the timely delivery of set objectives.Furthermore, supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and HR policy formulation will be essential for team building within the organization.To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA/ABM degree in Food Technology/Management (Sales/Project Management/Finance) with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are crucial. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are also required.,
