Key Responsibilities
Create marketing assets and ad copies for campaigns across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate with agencies, internal and external partners to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns, including performance testing and A/B experiments.
Support marketing performance reporting, data analysis, and campaign tracking across digital social channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies.
Assist in UAT testing and data validation for Performance Dashboard, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and smooth adoption.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute global marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet commercial objectives.
Support knowledge sharing and communications, preparing training materials, reference guides, presentations, and highlighting marketing achievements.
Carry out additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned during the cover period.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
Strong creative and copywriting abilities, capable of producing marketing assets, ad copies, campaign content, award submissions, and reports.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with dashboards, data, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva), AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway Gen-2) or willingness to learn, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
Highly organised with strong communication skills; able to manage multiple projects, collaborate with agencies, and coordinate across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and adopt new marketing technologies and tools.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an advantage, as this role may involve liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and supporting related projects.
