Direct message the job poster from YEAKIN PLASTIC INDUSTRY PTE LTD Human Resource Management | Organisational Administration Duties & Responsibilities Manage Server Infrastructure (Physical/ Hyper-V VM) including hardening and security updates Maintain software licensing, service renewals and subscription management Provides support and troubleshooting for end-user incidentals Liaising with outsource services provider in resolving issues when required Support end-user hardware and software deployment Support and maintain office IT assets and documentation Monitoring and maintaining office network, security, data backup and recovery Ensure backup integrity, perform regular restore tests, and maintain documentation Management of ERP user accounts, access right permissions and audit of access rights Maintain company website and email accounts Manage Network/ VPN Mentor branch office IT counterpart when necessary Any other relevant job scope assigned Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Degre e in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Experience in installing and configuring VMWare hardening and patching Minimum 5 years of working experience as an IT Administrator Must be knowledgeable in server virtualization Linux and Window Server deployment, configuration, and patching Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Team and perpetual Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in VBScript for Excel and Power BI Proficiency in SQL Server database backup scripts Proficiency in maintaining Network switches and Firewall, TCP/IP Database optimization and performance tuning Good interpersonal and communication skills We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking trade contacts.
